We are looking for an E-Invoicing Solutions Engineer to support the implementation, integration, and delivery of electronic invoicing solutions for clients. The role will focus primarily on system integrations, including APIs, SFTP, and other data exchange methods, while also supporting client onboarding, solution delivery, and commercial coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full integration lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions to configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. Responsibilities include handling API and file-based integrations, mapping invoice data, coordinating connectivity with client ERP or business systems, preparing technical documentation, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth and timely project delivery. The role also requires working directly with clients and supporting the sales-to-delivery process by assisting in solution discussions, requirements gathering, implementation planning, and ongoing support.



Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in system integration, especially APIs, SFTP, web services, and data exchange workflows. Good knowledge of XML, JSON, SQL, and integration troubleshooting is required. Experience with ERP integrations and electronic invoicing processes is highly valuable, and exposure to PEPPOL will be considered a strong advantage. The candidate should be comfortable handling both technical delivery and client-facing coordination. A background in software engineering, integration engineering, or enterprise solution delivery is preferred. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requirements are essential for success in this role.
