Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Research, write, and edit news articles, features, and digital content for the company s website and online platforms.
2- Adapt editorial content to suit digital formats and audiences.
3- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the organization s editorial guidelines.
4- Upload and publish articles through the Content Management System (CMS).
5- Optimize content using basic SEO practices to improve visibility and reach.
6- Monitor trending topics and propose relevant content ideas.
7- Coordinate with editors, producers, and the digital team to ensure timely publication.
8- Update and revise published content when necessary.
9- Assist in managing digital archives and content organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
2- Proven experience in digital writing, journalism, or content creation.
3- Excellent writing and editing skills.
4- Ability to produce accurate and engaging content under tight deadlines.
5- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
6- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital publishing practices.
7- Strong research and fact-checking skills.
8- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
1- Experience working in a news, media, or broadcasting environment.
2- Ability to write in multiple formats (news, features, digital stories).
3- Familiarity with social media publishing and digital audience engagement.
