Roles & Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant at Manzil will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting executive-level communications with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The Executive Assistant will act as a key point of coordination between executives and internal and external stakeholders, supporting priorities, follow-ups, and special projects as needed. This role is based in Riyadh and is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and meetings, coordinate internal and external communications, prepare and organize documents, track follow-ups and priorities, and support special projects with discretion and confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Previous experience in executive support or administrative roles is preferred.
