Desired Candidate Profile

BEd Degree with a major in English or a Degree in English with Secondary PGCE

Proven experience teaching English as an Additional Language in diverse classrooms

Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to thrive in Abu Dhabi s multicultural environment, supporting students from varied linguistic and cultural backgrounds

Works effectively with subject teachers, parents, and school leadership to integrate language support into the wider curriculum and ensure student success.

Uses creative teaching strategies, differentiated instruction, and modern educational technology to engage learners and accelerate their English language acquisition.

Having taught in the Gulf Region previously would be to your advantage
