We are looking for a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator to be the professional heart of our venue. This is the role that elevates Kids Zone from a play destination to a developmental destination. You are the reason parents trust us with their child beyond a play visit, and the educational credibility that sets us apart from any competitor. What You'll Own: • Ready for School Playgroup Programme - you design and deliver a structured weekly curriculum that is age-appropriate, developmental, and outcome-driven for children aged 2.5 to 5 years • Drop and Shop Programme - you take full responsibility for every child in your care, maintaining sign-in registers, structured activities, and strict collection protocols • Activity Programming - you create a monthly activity calendar covering playgroup sessions, open-play activities, seasonal events, and holiday programmes • Parent Relationships - you build genuine long-term relationships with families as the primary driver of term-on-term retention and enrolment growth • Documentation and Standards - you maintain curriculum files, child records, and monthly reports to a standard that can be reviewed at any time
