Roles & Responsibilities

Must be local hire applicants only under the sponsorship of a relative For a well-established international school in Doha offering a full International Baccalaureate (IB) education from early years through secondary level. It provides a multilingual learning environment with English as the main language of instruction alongside additional language options. The school focuses on inquiry-based learning, academic achievement, and student wellbeing, supported by modern facilities and a diverse international community. It prepares students for globally recognised qualifications and future pathways through a balanced, internationally minded approach to education. Local hire employees only receive salary which is QAR11000 tax free per month

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, B.Ed, QTS or equivalent)
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant subject or Education
  • Minimum 2 3 years of teaching experience (IB experience preferred)
  • Understanding of inquiry-based learning and IB philosophy
  • Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
  • High level of English proficiency; additional languages an advantage
  • Experience working in multicultural or international school environments
  • Ability to deliver engaging, student-centred lessons
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding practices
