Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Teacher to join a dynamic team of educators starting January 2026 . The successful candidate will create a stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and social-emotional development, while following the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on students progress, ensuring learning outcomes are met.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, maintaining clear communication on student development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and ongoing professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile

A recognised teaching qualification (BEd, PGCE, or equivalent) with specialisation in Early Years/Primary.

Open to Newly qualified teachers

Some knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

A passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
