Earthworks Project Manager

Main tasks:

• Carry out road construction works (earthworks, compaction, asphalt, etc.) in quantity, quality, on time, at the best costs and according to safety rules.

Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s)

• Analyze and study the plans established by the company.
• Execute the forecasting schedules in terms of resources (equipment, materials and labor).
• Proceed with the site installation, paying particular attention to safety: Installation of barriers, lighting, and signage.
• To finalize the work program.
• Form teams and give them the necessary instructions for each stage of the work.
• Order the necessary materials and equipment.
• Monitor the progress of the work and ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the contract.
• Monitor the progress schedules of the work and adherence to deadlines and the committed budget.
• Proceed with the measurement, calculate the intermediate or final costs.
• Ensure the application of safety measures and discipline on the construction site.
• Monitor the condition of the equipment and its maintenance.
