Roles & Responsibilities

Effectively monitor and enforce compliance to GMD underwriting rules as published in Underwriting Manual.

Provide underwriting direction for local cases within given authority level. For Large and complex cases, provide local assessment and input before sending to Senior Underwriter / Regional Office for review and approval.

Assure timely collection and review of Renewal Activity Reports at local level and determines any exceptions to published GMD underwriting rules and report these to regional management and Home Office.

Review policies and endorsements before their issuance.

Comply with MetLife Code of Conduct and ensure that it is fully adhered to all times.

Administering the sales support team in managing the workflow of individual medical underwriting process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1- 2 years of experience is preferable in Insurance industry.

  • Excellent command of Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English.
  • Time Management skills.
  • High Observation skills.
