Roles & Responsibilities
About The RoleWe re looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Solutions Support Analyst to provide essential support for our ongoing business operations on an 18 month FTC. In this role, you ll serve as a key point of contact for our users across the Financials and Supply Chain modules, delivering first-line triage, analysis, and resolution of system issues.As an EBS Support Analyst, you ll collaborate closely with business teams to investigate and resolve application errors or process challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions. You ll also manage escalations, coordinating with both internal IT resources and external support partners to drive issues through to successful resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 2/3 functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Financials and Supply Chain modules.Manage and escalate Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support as needed.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Configure and maintain application setups in line with change management processes.Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.Assist with patching, upgrades, and testing of the Oracle EBS environment.Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and support enhancements.Develop and execute test plans and scripts for new configurations and updates.Provide ad hoc user training and documentation to support effective system use.Work closely with IT teams and clearly communicate technical issues to non-technical users.About YouStrong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle E-Business Suite R11 modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, PO, OM, Inventory, FA, CM).Proven hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Oracle EBS environments.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with complex data and processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality support.Experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).Preferred SkillsProficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.Understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, including technical components and concurrent processing.Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher or Discoverer.What You Can ExpectAs a valued member of the Domino team, you ll receive a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package tailored to your local site.We are a highly successful company, we re large enough to offer career development opportunities yet small enough for your contribution to be readily recognised and rewarded.About UsAt Domino Printing Sciences we do more.
