Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive Promotional & Product Launch Activations

  • Develop and execute digital activation plans aligned with business priorities, promotional calendars, and product launches
  • Co-create multi-channel campaign strategies with CRM and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable business impact
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across creative, commercial, and operational stakeholders for seamless campaign rollout
  • Contribute to monthly promotional forecasting and represent Digital Commerce in forecast alignment discussions
  • Monitor campaign and business performance, proactively identifying opportunities and risks to optimize commercial results
  • Partner closely with Data & Insights teams to analyze trends and provide visibility on digital performance KPIs

Optimize Customer Journey & Digital Experience

  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across desktop, mobile, and app touchpoints
  • Ensure seamless navigation, compelling content, and frictionless conversion paths across all digital journeys
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize promotional mechanics, CTAs, customer flows, and digital assets
  • Leverage customer insights and performance data to continuously improve conversion and engagement
  • Ensure omnichannel consistency by aligning digital journeys and communication plans with Marketing, Retail, and CRC teams

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Optimization

  • Track and analyze digital activation performance and customer experience KPIs
  • Identify operational and process improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and execution quality
  • Report on campaign performance, conversion trends, and impact on revenue and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Benchmark against other D2C brands, e-retailers, and Nespresso markets to identify best practices and innovation opportunities
  • Continuously optimize workflows, briefing processes, and operational efficiency across digital commerce initiatives

Lead Operational Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain the Digital Operational Plan to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution
  • Prepare detailed operational briefs covering launches, promotions, UX/UI enhancements, and platform changes
  • Coordinate with Above-Market operational teams to ensure clear communication, prioritization, and execution alignment
  • Monitor execution timelines, proactively resolve roadblocks, and ensure high-quality delivery of campaigns and product launches
  • Lead weekly operational alignment meetings with local and Above-Market stakeholders to track priorities and execution progress
  • Ensure all campaign assets, content, and digital activations are QA approved and launched accurately and on time

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and develop a team of up to 3 direct reports and 4 indirect reports
  • Coach and support team members through regular feedback, development plans, and capability-building initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative, agile, and high-performing team culture
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across eBusiness, CRM, Marketing, CRC, Supply Chain, Finance, IS, and Analytics teams
  • Lead by example in driving Nespresso values, safety leadership, and a customer-centric mindset

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, eCommerce, or a related field

  • 3 5 years of experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or related commercial roles, ideally within a premium consumer goods environment
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, campaign execution, promotional activations, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with web analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics 4, ContentSquare, A/B testing platforms, etc.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, omnichannel customer experience, and digital performance KPIs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong proofreading and execution capabilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of brand positioning and digital commerce operations
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
