Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ecommerce
Co-ordinates day-to-day e-commerce operations, such as inventory management, product listings and order fulfilment
Manages logistics coordination for international shipping, returns, and fulfillment
Supports administration and operational tasks
Marketing
Interacts with leads, provides quotations, follows up and converts leads into paying customers
Manages and grows social channels
Manages and maintains the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of fresh and relevant content.
Proposes and creates engaging campaigns, ads, and promotions
Continuously improves customer-facing content across our platform, including product descriptions, blog posts, and customer notifications
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is
Tech savvy
Up to date with marketing and social media trends
Highly organised and has strong co-ordination skills
Is a self-starter and can learn quickly
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Confident and interacts well with customers
Passionate about high quality standards and has high attention to detail
Experienced or has knowledge in content and editing software such as Canva or Capcut
Familiar with ecommerce platforms and operations
English speaking, Arabic a very big plus
Other details
Must be available to come to office in Dubai up to 5-days per week
Must already be in Dubai - relocations not considered
