Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies that align with overall business goals, ensuring measurable growth in sales and traffic.
  • Analyze web analytics and customer behavior data to inform marketing strategies, optimize user experience, and increase conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels, to enhance visibility and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insights.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce, ideally within a fast-paced retail or tech environment.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing successful eCommerce campaigns and achieving sales targets in previous roles.
