Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Specialist to manage, optimize and scale our brand store and advertising campaigns across global marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok, Temu and others. This role focuses on driving visibility, maintaining inventory health and increasing sales through effective marketplace management, listing optimization and campaign execution in coordination with vendor and seller account managers.


  • Manage and oversee performance across all marketplaces (Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, TikTok, Temu etc.)

  • Monitor key metrics such as Buy Box ownership, GMV, FBA/FBT performance, storage fees, case blockers and overall account health

  • Create and manage product listings, including A+ content and brand store updates

  • Optimize product detail pages (PDPs) to improve visibility and conversion rates

  • Plan, create, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms (Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads etc.)

  • Manage promotions, deals, and campaign uploads

  • Monitor and optimize bids, keywords and budgets daily

  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR and conversion rates

  • Align campaigns with key events, launches and promotional calendars

  • Manage multiple TikTok shop accounts/channels

  • Execute flash sales, live sessions and campaign strategies

  • Coordinate with the TikTok team in the USA on listings, promotional campaigns, ad account management and internal communication via Lark.

  • Lead demand forecasting and ensure stock availability across marketplaces

  • Monitor inventory health to avoid stockouts and excess inventory

  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely replenishment

  • Plan and manage FBA and FBT shipments

  • Monitor lead times and recommend shifting stock to FBM when required

  • Track pricing and RSP using monitoring tool

  • Identify price inconsistencies or undercutting across marketplaces and resellers

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure pricing compliance

  • Take ownership of identifying and reporting counterfeit listings across TOP global marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Temu and other platforms)

  • Work with brand registry tools and marketplace account managers to resolve issues promptly

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketplace teams to secure promotional placements and visibility opportunities

  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights

  • Ensure alignment with overall eCommerce and brand objectives

  • Coordinate with internal teams on listings, creatives and campaign readiness

  • Coordinate with distributors across multiple countries to support A+ content and enhanced variation PDP optimization as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven hands-on experience managing listing, advertising campaigns and entire store on Amazon (Vendor/Seller Central) and other marketplace platforms

  • Strong understanding of marketplace advertising formats, campaign structures and optimization best practices

  • Solid knowledge of inventory planning, stock monitoring and availability management across marketplaces

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and marketplaces in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Experience managing advertising and operations across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok, Noon, Temu etc.)

  • Familiarity with Amazon analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Brand Analytics, Vendor/Seller Central reports)

  • Prior experience in eCommerce within FMCG, beauty or consumer goods industries

  • Experience with pricing and monitoring tools

  • Basic understanding of brand protection and counterfeit management processes
