Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist in Cairo, Egypt. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for product listing, managing and optimizing the online store, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing e-commerce data, implementing strategies to drive online sales, managing product listings, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, the role involves supporting marketing campaigns and identifying opportunities for growth in the e-commerce domain.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients
- Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital sales strategies, or online marketplaces is an advantage
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
