Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and optimize product content (titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords, images) for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and company-owned channels.
- Ensure all products are listed, updated, and live across multiple marketplaces with complete and accurate information.
- Develop and maintain listing standards, including content quality guidelines, SEO structure, and product data accuracy.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, brand, and design teams to gather updated product information, images, pricing changes, and promotional details.
- Support digital marketing activities including campaign planning, website UX improvements, tracking performance through Google Analytics, and coordinating with the media team.
- Act as the subject matter expert for assigned product categories — ensuring competitive pricing, correct attributes, and compliance with marketplace listing requirements.
- Implement SEO best practices for product titles, keywords, meta tags, backend keywords, and inventory-related content (new launches, pre-orders, stock-outs).
- Use analytical tools to track product performance and improve conversions (Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas; Marketplace dashboards; Google Analytics).
- Work with SAP B1 and Salesforce to update product data, track inventory, manage pricing, and ensure accurate information flow between internal systems and online platforms.
- Manage multiple listings and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and timely updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) for item master updates, pricing, inventory tracking, and data accuracy.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM for product updates, promotion tracking, and cross-functional workflow coordination.
- Marketplace listing experience (Amazon Seller Central / Noon Vendor Portal).
- Strong SEO and keyword optimization for product titles and descriptions.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in content management.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic Photoshop or image editing.
- Google Analytics / GA4.
- Experience in FMCG/electronics/fashion categories (can adjust based on your industry).
