Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Problem Identification and Validation

Conduct research, expert calls and stakeholder interviews to gain a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to validate pain points and define the scope of issues.

Utilize benchmarking and best-practice methodologies to understand comparable solutions globally and locally.

Solution Design and Recommendation

Develop tailored, innovative solutions based on industry best practices, economic policies, and stakeholder needs.

Conduct feasibility assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine solutions.

Present solutions to stakeholders, securing alignment and buy-in for proposed approaches.

Stakeholder Engagement and Handover

Secure buy in from key stakeholders needed to implement the solution including the key business owner.

Facilitate the handover of the solution to the designated business owner, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support through the PMO team.

Ensure stakeholders are equipped to implement the solution effectively.

Project Execution and Oversight (For Client owned projects)

Lead the execution of unlocks, working alongside project teams to ensure objectives are met on time and within scope.

Communicate progress, roadblocks, and achievements to the PMO team.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Required Skills

Bachelor s or master s degree in economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in consulting, economic policy, business analysis, or a similar role.

Demonstrated expertise in project scoping, problem-solving, and solution design.

Strong knowledge of economic development trends, policy benchmarking, and business improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
