Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update job descriptions for all positions.
  • Design and revise organizational structures for clients aligned with their strategic goals.
  • Create competitive and fair salary scales.
  • Draft internal policies and regulations in accordance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Contribute to HR policy development and work environment improvement.
  • Support recruitment, performance evaluation, and career development processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in HR, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of HR systems, job evaluation, and compensation frameworks.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. - Ability to prepare reports and present findings professionally.
  • Language: Good Arabic and English.
