Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain edge bending machines, ensuring efficient and accurate bending of materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform precise measurements and adjustments to machine settings, such as angle, depth, and speed, to achieve desired bends.
- Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from the required standards.
- Load and unload materials onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and secure positioning for each bending operation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in machine operation is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in machine operation or related fields are beneficial, demonstrating commitment and expertise.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating edge bending machines or similar equipment, showcasing practical skills.
- Experience in manufacturing industry, especially in metal fabrication or related sectors, is valuable.
