Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design/update academic programs to match industry trends.
- Ensure accreditation, SOPs, and LMS compliance.
- Hire, evaluate, and allocate instructors.
- Approve payments, grading, and materials.
- Resolve inquiries, approve deadline extensions.
- Recommend resources and review assignments.
- Monitor lectures, materials, and plagiarism.
- Supervise tutoring/thesis and policy updates.
- Support marketing with academic content.
- Ensure registrar files and reports are updated.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in education or business administration or similar field.
- MBA is required; a DBA or PhD is strongly preferred.
- Odoo Certificate is a Plus.
- 5 To 10 Years of experience.
- Extensive experience in a senior academic management role.
- An understanding of the international education business.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Excellence in teaching a range of Teacher Training courses and the ability to do so for any course or level without notice.
