Roles & Responsibilities

As an EIP, you're not just an integration practitioner; You'll be the vital bridge connecting neurodivergent children with their caregivers, right in the heart of their mainstream school. With our supervisors, you'll be implementing and rocking their developmental plans (IEPs, IBPs) for a minimum of 3 months!

  • Laser Focus: You'll be a one-on-one champion, dedicating your energy to a single neurodivergent child for at least a semester.
  • On-Site Action: Immerse yourself in their school environment, tackling psychosocial and academic needs head-on.
  • Collaboration Central: Team up with the CIPPO crew, parents, and school staff to build an inclusive haven where everyone thrives.
  • Developmental Dynamo: Ensure the child is crushing their intervention plan, celebrating every milestone along the way!

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Background: You hold a degree in psychology or early childhood.

Experience Ace: You have at least 4 months of full-time experience working with children in recreational settings, including professional roles in educational or clinical settings.

Skillset: You possess exceptional customer focus, ninja-like flexibility, and an unquenchable thirst for growth in the special education field.
