Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

Reporting to the Industrial department, your role is to transform design data into clear manufacturing instructions for electrical production.

  • Development of industrial deliverables: Creation of manufacturing ranges, instruction sheets (FIE) and bills of materials (BOM).
  • Technical analysis: Use of the digital (3D) model to define the assembly and cable routing processes.
  • Production optimization: Defining the necessary tooling and improving assembly times.
  • Technical interface: Ensure the link between the design office and the production workshop to guarantee the manufacturability of the systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bac+5 / +3 / +2 in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Industrialization.
  • Experience: 2-7 years of experience in methods, ideally in a highly technical environment (Railway or Automotive).
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficiency in reading electrical plans and 3D design (Catia/DMA type).
    • Ability to write structured technical processes.
    • Knowledge of production management tools (ERP/PLM).
  • Soft Skills: Ability to synthesize information, rigorous writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork in a workshop setting.
