Eram Talent is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Instructor to join our educational team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach English to non-native speakers, helping them develop their language skills for academic, professional, and everyday communication. Your innovative teaching methods and commitment to student success will create a positive and engaging learning environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Assess students language abilities and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement.
• Facilitate classroom discussions and interactive activities that promote language practice.
• Prepare students for standardized tests and exams as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Maintain a supportive and motivational classroom atmosphere to encourage student participation.
• Stay updated on current teaching methodologies and best practices for EFL instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language.
• Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language goals.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
