Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the expansion of Pick Up Stations across Egypt, identifying strategic locations to maximize coverage and customer convenience
  • Align proposed locations with internal stakeholders and business priorities
  • Build, manage, and expand a network of partners supporting the PUS model
  • Develop and execute expansion plans aligned with growth objectives
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to identify optimal PUS locations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential locations and partners
  • Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms with landlords or contracts with partners
  • Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, from prospecting to contract signing
  • Ensure cost-effective deals while maintaining facility quality standards
  • Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, property owners, local authorities, and partners
  • Oversee the launch of new Pick Up Stations, from site selection to operational handover
  • Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time project delivery
  • Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements
  • Analyze market data, customer demand, and competitor presence to guide expansion decisions
  • Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for new locations
  • Track and report expansion KPIs, including timelines, costs, and performance

Desired Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in expansion, real estate, business development, or facility launches, preferably within supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or retail
  • Proven track record of successfully launching multiple locations or facilities
  • Strong experience in commercial negotiations
  • Strong understanding of Egypt s geography, including cities, governorates, and commercial areas
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Financial acumen, including strong budgeting and ROI analysis
  • Strategic thinking and long-term planning
  • Relationship building and networking capability
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communication skills in Arabic and English
  • High attention to detail and execution excellent
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Supply chain background is a plus
  • Master s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage
