Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough environmental, health, and safety (EHS) audits and inspections across all operational areas, proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement robust EHS management systems, including policies, procedures, and training programs, to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to prevent recurrence and improve overall safety performance.
  • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, such as energy consumption, waste generation, and water usage, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as CSP, CIH, or equivalent, demonstrating professional expertise and commitment to EHS.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in EHS roles within the manufacturing, construction, or similar industries.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of international EHS standards and regulations, including ISO 14001 and ISO

  • Corporate HSE experience with ADOSH, NEBOSH, Lead Auditor, BCMS. Experience in preparing dashboards and managed data at corporate level. Should have experience in environmental and sustainability initiatievs.
