Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement project specific EHS plan/HSMP at project site.
  • Arrange PPEs based on requirement.
  • Inspect materials, equipment and systems followed by subcontractor against project requirement and intervene where necessary.
  • Conduct EHS orientation initially and periodic training programs and toolbox talks subsequently, for all site workers and staff.
  • Arrange third party training to all critical roles such as rigger, lifting supervisors, bar being operator etc.
  • Conduct mock drills like Fire Drills and Procure, inspect and arrange to maintain safety equipment like Fire Extinguishers and emergency sirens
  • Order and put up safety signs on site and maintain them.
  • Do a site walk with site personnel Weekly
  • Ensure to complete periodic H&S audits and workplace inspections and address non-conformities immediately.
  • Conduct risk assessments periodically and propose mitigation plan.
