Your future role

You'll play a key role in driving the implementation of EHS policies and supporting site management to achieve exceptional EHS results. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, HR, Social and Medical Partners), coordinate EHS actions with operational management, and develop and deploy site-specific EHS management systems, and much more."

We ll look to you for:

• Supporting Site Management in achieving EHS results, but also driving the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to the Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster guidelines and targets, and improving EHS results at the site.
• Advising, helping, coaching, and supporting operational management in the EHS actions implementation to reach Alstom EHS objectives.
• Preparing the local yearly EHS plan consistent with Alstom Transport strategy and objectives.
• Mobilizing and coordinating with others to meet objectives and deploy the EHS plan.
• Monitoring the proper deployment of the EHS plan.
• Ensuring EHS Risk Assessment is conducted and appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the site.
• Preparing, implementing, and maintaining emergency plans at the site level.
