Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures for a safer workplace.
  • Develop and deliver engaging EHS training programs to ensure all employees understand safety protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze workplace incidents and near misses to recommend improvements and prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local EHS regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant and avoids penalties.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field is essential.

  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred to demonstrate expertise in EHS standards.

  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience in an EHS role, preferably within the manufacturing industries.
