EHS Officer

We are looking for an experienced EHS Officer for high-voltage Substation projects (380kV / 400kV) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in EHS implementation at substation sites and must have completed at least one project in KSA in the substation domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and maintain Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with international and local safety regulations applicable to 380kV/400kV substation works.
• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations.
• Develop and execute safety procedures, emergency response plans, and EHS documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and client representatives for smooth safety operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly safety reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Promote a culture of safety and train site personnel on EHS protocols.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10 15 years of experience in EHS roles within Transmission/Substation projects.
• Hands-on experience in 380kV / 400kV substation works.
• At least one completed project in KSA in substation construction.
• Strong knowledge of international safety standards (ISO, OSHA, NEBOSH preferred).
• Ability to join immediately or within 30 days.
