� We’re Hiring | EIA Consultant (Prefer - Bilingual – Arabic/English)

Shape the Future of Saudi Arabia’s Environment with Geochem Arabia a leading Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) company.
We are seeking an experienced EIA Consultant – NCEC Regulations Specialist to join our Environmental Planning & Permitting team, with strong hands-on expertise in NCEC regulations, Fasel platform, and environmental approvals.
� Role Overview
· Lead end-to-end EIA and permitting processes for industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects
· Act as an expert on NCEC Executive Regulations and the Fasel platform
· Prepare and review EIAs, EMPs, and monitoring programs
· Liaise with Government authorities
· Support business development and mentor junior staff
✅ Requirements
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years of environmental consulting experience, including 2+ years managing EIAs in Saudi Arabia
Proven success securing Environmental Permits & NOCs
Excellent English communication and report-writing skills
Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience with Royal Commission / MODON / NCEC
Relevant professional certifications
Client-facing and proposal support experience
CV and cover letter highlighting your NCEC permitting experience
