Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor EV charging stations to ensure safe and efficient functioning.
  • Assist drivers in connecting and disconnecting charging equipment as needed.
  • Inspect and clean charging units regularly to maintain proper hygiene and safety.
  • Report any faults, damages, or technical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
  • Ensure proper signage, cables, and equipment are in place and functioning.
  • Maintain daily records of charging sessions, energy consumption, and incidents.
  • Support customers by providing information or troubleshooting basic charging issues.
  • Follow company safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with the technical and maintenance teams for preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain logbooks and submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor.
