Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Summary:
Experienced Electrician Foreman with a strong background in managing electrical projects at service stations, including fuel systems, lighting, pump systems, control panels, and safety compliance. Oversee teams of electricians, coordinate with contractors, ensure adherence to regulations, and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervised the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in fuel service stations, including underground/aboveground tank systems, canopy lighting, POS systems, and emergency shutoff systems.
Led teams of 4 10 electricians on daily tasks, ensuring safety protocols, NEC compliance, and project specifications were met.
Coordinated with general contractors, fuel system installers, and utility companies to ensure timely progress and system integration.
Read and interpreted blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings related to fuel pumps, car wash systems, and convenience store electrical layouts.
Installed and maintained control panels, automation systems, and backup power supplies (generators/UPS) critical to 24/7 service station operations.
Conducted testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Maintained safety documentation, daily job reports, and inventory records.
Ensured grounding and bonding systems for hazardous locations met applicable codes and standards (NFPA, NEC, OSHA).

New construction of 5+ gas stations including full electrical layout and commissioning.
Major retrofit of outdated electrical systems to meet modern energy standards.
Installation of EV (Electric Vehicle) charging stations at multi-pump service plazas.
