Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects
• Manage a team of electricians and oversee their work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations
• Plan and organize work schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines
• Ensure that work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety standards and procedures
• Perform quality checks to ensure the work meets the required standards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare progress reports as required
• Coordinate with other teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance
• Valid electrician license or certification
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Proficient in using electrical tools, equipment, and measuring devices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP
