• Strong understanding of electrical design and construction processes.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with industry standards and codes.

MECHANICAL BIM MODELER

Roles & responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed BIM models according to project specifications and standards.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information.

• Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to design intent.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve any modeling conflicts.

• Implement and uphold BIM standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans.

• Provide support and training on BIM software and workflows to team members.

• Conduct regular quality checks and audits of BIM models.

• Generate detailed construction documents and drawings from BIM models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role in the construction or architectural industry.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
