Job Title: Electrical Assistant

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Assistant to join the Quality Safety Technology team. As an Electrical Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment

- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential electrical hazards

- Implement and enforce quality and safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

- Collaborate with the quality team to identify and address quality issues

- Assist in the development and implementation of safety training programs

- Maintain accurate records of electrical testing, maintenance, and safety inspections

- Support the team in investigating electrical incidents and near-miss incidents

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in electrical safety and quality assurance

- Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and standards (e.g., NFPA, OSHA)

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., CESCP, OSHA certification)

- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)

- Knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., Autodesk, EPLAN)
