Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

*Develop and maintain detailed 3D electrical models using Revit and AutoCAD MEP.

*Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Structural, Architectural) to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks.

*Prepare electrical BIM drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.

*Support electrical design team with modeling of power, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems.

*Ensure adherence to company BIM standards and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

*Participate in model coordination meetings and communicate design issues and resolutions.

*Update and maintain BIM content libraries and families for electrical components.

*Collaborate with site teams to reflect as-built conditions and support shop drawing preparation.

Desired Candidate Profile

*Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

*2 5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling, with a focus on electrical systems.

*Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.

*Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).

*Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD (Level of Development), and clash detection processes.

*Ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings and schematics.

*Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., BIM 360) is a plus.

*Good communication and teamwork skills.
