Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and communication systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical designs within the overall building model, resolving conflicts and ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Create and manage BIM content libraries for electrical components, ensuring standardization and efficient project workflows.
  • Generate electrical shop drawings, schematics, and other construction documents from BIM models, facilitating clear communication and construction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications such as Revit MEP Certified Professional or equivalent, showcasing expertise.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical design and BIM modeling, indicating practical application.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software, ensuring efficient model creation and management.
