Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team. The role involves developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project standards, and supporting multi-disciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate will contribute to high-quality deliverables, effective clash resolution, and seamless integration with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems, including lighting, power, fire alarm, and ELV, using Revit.
• Prepare accurate electrical drawings, layouts, and schedules directly from BIM models.
• Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, client requirements, and project standards.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Update and revise models as per design changes, ensuring model accuracy and integrity.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines using Revit and related tools.
• Support BIM Coordinators and Managers in implementing project workflows and quality checks.
• Stay up to date with BIM standards, software tools, and industry best practices.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and familiarity with BIM coordination tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power, fire alarm, ELV, etc.).
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, and coordination processes.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills for multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Education:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
