Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed electrical designs, schematics, and layouts for diverse projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
  • Perform load calculations, simulations, and analyses using specialized software to optimize electrical system performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
  • Select and specify electrical equipment and components, considering factors like cost, availability, and performance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in electrical principles.

  • Holds professional engineering (PE) license or is actively pursuing licensure, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, showcasing practical application of knowledge.

  • Has experience in the building industry, preferably in commercial, industrial, or residential projects.

  • Strong knowledge of LV panels, control panels, and switchgear

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or EPLAN

  • Ability to prepare SLDs, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts

  • Knowledge of IEC standards is preferred
