Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout drawings for high-rise building projects.
Develop drawings for power distribution systems, lighting systems, low voltage systems, grounding, and cable routing.
Review design drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, site teams, and consultants for drawing approvals.
Update drawings based on site modifications and engineering instructions.
Ensure drawings comply with project standards, local authority regulations, and construction requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing control records.
Assist engineering team in preparing material submittals and technical documents.
Perform redrafting and detailing of electrical systems as per site progress.
Support site execution teams by providing accurate and updated drawings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in high-rise building construction projects.
Diploma or certification in Electrical Drafting, Engineering Drafting, or relevant field.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Good knowledge of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and low voltage systems.
Experience in residential or commercial tower projects is preferred.
Ability to interpret electrical design drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
Good communication and coordination skills.
