Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Oversee operation and maintenance of all electrical systems within the facility.

  2. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment.

  3. Supervise electrical technicians and subcontractors on-site.

  4. Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and local regulations.

  5. Monitor power distribution systems, panels, transformers, and generators.

  6. Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution.

  7. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for maintenance and project activities.

  8. Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation.

  9. Support energy efficiency initiatives and cost optimization.

  10. Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. 4–5 years of experience in contracting and/or facilities management (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards. Familiarity with HVAC electrical controls, LV systems, and power distribution. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
