Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Motor Inspection & Testing
Assist in inspecting electric motors (visual checks, insulation tests, bearing condition, etc.).
Perform basic electrical measurements (voltage, current, resistance, insulation resistance).
Document test results and highlight abnormalities.
Writing Inspection Reports
Prepare clear inspection reports summarizing findings, issues, and recommended actions.
Attach test data, photos, and observations to the report.
Ensure documentation accuracy and proper filing.
Preparing Technical Quotations
Assist in preparing cost estimates for repairs, rewinding, or replacement parts.
Coordinate with procurement to get material or spare part pricing.
Draft simple quotations based on inspection results or customer requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, preferably within the oil and gas, energy and water industry.
Can join immediately.
