Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and manage all electrical installation activities on site (LV/MV/HV, lighting, power, earthing, fire alarm, ELV systems).

  2. Ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and local/international standards.

  3. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.

  4. Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to electrical works.

  5. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

  6. Conduct inspections and ensure quality control and HSE compliance on site.

  7. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.

  8. Identify technical issues on-site and propose effective solutions.

  9. Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities during inspections and approvals.

  10. Manage subcontractors and ensure work productivity and workmanship standards.

  11. Ensure proper documentation such as as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M manuals.

  12. Raise material requisitions well in advance to meet construction requirements.

  13. Raise RFIs and track RFIs to ensure timely responses and closure.
