Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and review electrical engineering deliverables, including SLDs, load lists, cable sizing calculations, layout drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Support design and review of LV/MV power distribution systems, MCCs, electrical panels, grounding, and earthing systems.
Ensure all deliverables comply with SAES, SAMSS, IEC, IEEE, NEC, and other applicable client/industry standards.
Review vendor documents, respond to technical clarifications, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Provide support during FAT/SAT, respond to site engineering queries, and assist in resolving issues during construction and commissioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical design and project support (industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure preferred).
Strong experience in LV/MV systems and electrical calculations.
Experience in vendor document review and technical evaluations.
Exposure to construction and commissioning support.
Proficiency in engineering software such as ETAP, AutoCAD, EPLAN, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
