Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in eternal & internal coordination regarding electrical design in infrastructure projects.
  • Review, comment/recommend acceptance or otherwise of related consultants submissions such as 11kv substations, LV, MV, EHV network plans and emergency power systems for pumping stations and underground facilities.
  • Liaise with utilities providers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that technical tasks are undertaken in accordance with the quality, safety and project management / engineering procedures and controls.
  • Contribute to the development of standard details and specification updates.
  • Performance of actual design duties as directed.
  • Performance of other related duties as per management instructions.
  • BSc / BEng or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 5 years of demonstrable relevant experience in design & construction of infrastructure projects, with satisfactory exposure to all related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of written and spoken Arabic would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc / BEng or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
