Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in utility and infrastructure projects, along with hands-on experience in authority coordination within the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute electrical works for utility and infrastructure projects

  • Handle end-to-end coordination with authorities (including approvals and inspections)

  • Work on DEWA-related projects (HV/LV/Substation works)

  • Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, and submissions

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards

  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE – completed on or before 2020)

  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in the UAE

  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

  • Strong experience in DEWA HV/LV/Substation projects

  • Experience in Right of Way (ROW) projects is an added advantage

  • Proven experience in authority coordination (DEWA and other authorities)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of utility drawings and approvals process

  • Familiarity with infrastructure project execution

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
