Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems and components for die-cast manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical solutions into new and existing product lines, supporting both standard and custom manufacturing projects.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical issues in production equipment, recommending and implementing effective corrective actions.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, machinery, and control panels within the manufacturing facility.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports.
Evaluate and select appropriate materials, components, and suppliers to optimize system performance and cost-efficiency.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to quality assurance protocols and regulatory requirements, contributing to the company s ISO 9001 and other certifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering, automation, and manufacturing technologies to recommend process enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems for production machinery.
Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., IEC, NEC, ISO).
Proven experience with PLC programming, automation systems, and industrial control panels.
Ability to interpret and create detailed electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process optimization.
Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to upholding stringent quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
