Roles & Responsibilities

As an Electrical Engineer at Nawy Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing electrical systems for our real estate developments. This position requires overseeing the electrical engineering aspects of projects from conception through completion, ensuring all systems adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design electrical systems suitable for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to integrate electrical plans.
  • Conduct site inspections and testing to ensure installation integrity and compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications related to electrical components and systems.
  • Manage the procurement and installation of electrical equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all electrical designs conform to local codes and international standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical engineering, preferably in real estate or construction sectors.
  • Proficient in electrical design software and CAD applications.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
