Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems across the broiler processing plant and farm operations, including production lines, ventilation, and feeding systems
Monitor and ensure optimal performance of electrical equipment such as motors, control panels, generators, and power distribution networks
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous plant operations
Diagnose complex electrical faults and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
Support and optimize automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA) to improve operational efficiency and reliability
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and biosecurity requirements across all facilities
Participate in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of electrical systems and equipment

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within industrial, manufacturing, or poultry processing environments
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, power distribution, and protection systems
Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a high-demand environment
Solid understanding of preventive maintenance practices and reliability principles
Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
