Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to optimize project efficiency and budget adherence.
  • Perform rigorous testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and reports for compliance and reference.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to engineering codes and regulations.
  • Utilize simulation software to model electrical systems and predict performance under various conditions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to implement innovative solutions in projects.
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and other team members to enhance project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in circuit theory and electromagnetics.

  • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license or relevant certifications, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and ethics.

  • Proven track record of working on complex projects, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools, enabling effective design and analysis of electrical systems.

  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus for international collaboration.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in engineering calculations and documentation.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Willingness to travel for project sites and client meetings, showcasing flexibility and dedication to the role.
